Real opportunity for a Lean Manufacturing Engineer / Industrial Engineer with a passion for lean / Continuous Improvement to support a key project.

This will be a hands-on Industrial Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer to undertake a key role in reducing build times on key products.

The focus of this position is Industrial Engineering / lean/continuous improvements to achieve increased production output, reduce build time, streamline and increase quality. There is considerable opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer with a background in Industrial Engineering / lean / six sigma / continuous improvements to make a real tangible difference.

This is a role making positive, hands-on incremental changes through shop floor presence rather than at a strategic, hands-off level.

Key accountabilities will include:

• Utilising your technical acumen to identify areas for change and then manage the implementation of these initiatives through to successful introduction.
• Standardising work instructions, look at ways to reduce change over time on equipment, and simplify component assembly
