£40,000 - £42,500 (55k OTE) + Monday to Friday + Days Based + Progress to Senior Engineer + Generous Overtime + Flexible Working Hours

Are you a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer from a steel or similar heavy engineering setting, looking for days-based position where you will be able to advance your career into a Senior Engineer role and benefit from flexible working hours?
In this role you will be working preventively and reactively, in a role split 50 / 50 between mechanical and electrical, working on a range of equipment which uses AC three-phase motors, overhead cranes, pickers, drives and chains. You will also be working on some basic PLC systems and receive a range of training to make you an expert.
This company was founded nearly 200 years ago and has developed into a leader within their industry with multiple sites across the UK, carrying out work globally. Due to the high demand of this industry and recent growth, this role will be crucial in implementing a standardised maintenance system across all sites.
This role would suit a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer or similar, with a minimum level 2 electrical qualification, looking for a days only role where you can progress to become a Senior Engineer.

The Role
Reactive and Preventative maintenance of bespoke manufacturing machinery
Working on AC three-phase motors and various mechanical overhead equipment
Flexible hours based on Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm
