Job Title: Senior Finance Business Partner

Salary: £75-85,000 (with up to 25% bonus)

Location: Black Country

Qualifications: ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified

• Interact with stakeholders across various departments, translating between financial and commercial language and supporting decisions around growth, pricing, margin and investment.
• Monthly reporting including P&L and actuals vs budget/forecast analysis with recommended actions for senior stakeholders.
• Lead the annual budget, rolling forecast and strategic planning processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of forecast accuracy and insight automation

• Must be fully qualified accountant.
• Experience working in financial services or banking is essential.
• In-depth understanding of Excel is essential.
• Strong understanding of FP&A and commercial finance is essential.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
