Financial Leadership & Strategy- Setting and owning the financial strategy aligned to business goals
- Board reporting and presenting to investors or shareholders
- Financial modelling, forecasting and scenario planning
- Cash flow management and working capital optimisation
- Preparing investor‑ready financial packs for VC and PE fundraising
- Managing debt facilities and banking relationships
- Financial due diligence support for acquisitions and disposals
- Leading the finance workstream in MBO processes
- Monthly management accounts and KPI reporting
- Annual statutory accounts and audit management
- Finance team leadership, recruitment, and development
- Systems implementation and process improvement
