Merchant Cash Advance Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organised Operations Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of merchant cash advance applications from approval through to funding.

This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys managing documentation, coordinating with lenders, and ensuring applications progress efficiently and compliantly. You will play a key role in keeping funding moving quickly while maintaining accuracy and service quality.

• Application & Funding Support
• Manage merchant cash advance applications post-approval
• Collect, review, and verify client documentation
• Liaise with lenders, clients, and internal teams to progress funding
• Track application status and ensure timely completion
• Process & Compliance
• Ensure all documentation meets lender and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate CRM records and deal status updates
• Support compliance checks and internal procedures
• Operational Coordination
• Identify and resolve delays or issues in the funding process
• Support continuous improvement of operational workflows
• Assist with onboarding new lender processes where required

• Experience in operations, administration, or finance support
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Confidence communicating with clients and lenders
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• Desirable (not essential):
• Experience in alternative finance or business lending
• Familiarity with merchant cash advance processes
• CRM or back-office system experience
