Location: Bilston
Trades Workforce Solutions is seeking an Accounts & Finance Manager to lead the accounts function in a manufacturing environment. The role reports to the Finance Controller and drives process improvement, automation and strong financial controls.
You will manage a finance team, oversee month-end reporting, KPIs, and year-end processes while supporting business growth through better systems and governance.
