About the Role
Associate Director – Internal Finance Department at a Guernsey based privately owned trust company with a growing global footprint.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the internal finance function and report directly to the Board on a day-to-day basis.
- Apply forensic accounting and data‑driven analysis to finance operations.
- Implement and manage AI and data visualisation tools for financial reporting.
- Provide strategic oversight of the finance team, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior management finance role with proven leadership.
- Strong technical and forensic accounting expertise.
- Experience in raw data/AI implementation and management of data visualisation software.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA or CMA.
- Knowledge of the private wealth sector and previous boardroom experience.
