Finance Manager

We are now recruiting for a Finance Manager to lead the finance function in a varied role combining financial reporting, commercial finance and team management. Working closely with senior leadership, you will take ownership of the monthly management accounts process, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management and statutory reporting, while providing meaningful financial insight to support strategic business decisions. Alongside this, you will oversee a transactional finance team, ensuring strong financial controls while driving continuous improvements across the department.

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, or qualified by experience (QBE).
• Strong experience preparing management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting.
• Previous experience leading and developing a finance team, with the ability to improve processes and maintain effective financial controls.
• Experience working within a multi-entity or international group environment, with the ability to collaborate with overseas finance teams and stakeholders.

• Broad exposure to commercial finance, including strategic planning, KPI reporting, cash flow forecasting and business performance analysis.
