Due to an increase in new work, this boutique insolvency practice requires an Insolvency Administrator to join their business.

• Reporting to a manager, take responsibility for your own portfolio of insolvency cases.
• Case types will include Administrations, Creditors Voluntary Liquidations, Members Voluntary Liquidations and some personal insolvency cases.
• Manage cases from inception through to closure.
• Take responsibility for a junior member of the team; delegate and review their work.
• Liaise with Directors both pre‑ and post‑appointment.
• Liaise with Solicitors to obtain legal advice on issues such as wrongful trading and other antecedent transactions.
• Identify risk issues and draw them to the attention of management.

Minimum of 12 months of experience in a corporate insolvency role.
