Mortgage Advisor

Kind Wealth is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join our team. If you’re passionate about helping clients achieve their property goals and delivering exceptional advice, we’d love to hear from you. We offer a very attractive commission scheme for our self employed advisers

You’ll provide expert mortgage and protection advice to a wide range of clients — from first‑time buyers to home movers and remortgage customers. You’ll work with high‑quality leads generated through our introducer partnerships, while also having the freedom to self‑generate business

• Offering tailored mortgage & protection recommendations
• Assessing client needs, objectives, and financial positions
• Ensuring full FCA compliance and maintaining accurate client records
• Building long‑term client relationships and providing ongoing support
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, introducers, and professional partners
• Continuing your professional growth through CPD
• CeMAP (or equivalent) – required
• FCA authorised & regulated – required
• 2+ years’ experience providing mortgage & protection advice
• Strong communication, analytical, and relationship‑building skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Experience with CRM systems – desirable
• Experience with high‑net‑worth clients or the Quilter network – advantageous
