Cannock Chase District Council is seeking a Building Safety Officer to deliver effective day-to-day building safety compliance for asbestos, legionella and fire safety within the Housing Team.
You will review surveys, maintain risk registers, monitor legionella checks and create action plans from fire risk assessments. The role involves contractor liaison, policy development and KPI reporting to senior management.
