• Manage day-to-day salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent client experiences.
• Supervise and support junior staff, providing training and mentorship.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and health and safety protocols.
• Handle client bookings, queries, and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow clientele.

• NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing
• Proven experience as a hairdresser with a strong portfolio.
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience in a salon setting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
