Female Care Assistants: Sponsorship

International Female Care Workers with the ability to drive within the UK.

Fixed-term Sponsorship/COS available for the right candidates within the UK.

We are Deben Willow Care Ltd, based in Woodbridge. A privately‑owned provider of care services in the community. We are looking for committed Community Care Workers to join our existing team.

As a member of our community care team, you will visit clients in their own homes, helping them to remain independent by providing personal care, medication support, companionship, and other support tasks that promote safety, happiness, and wellbeing.

Locations covered:
North Ipswich, Felixstowe, Martlesham, Woodbridge, Hollesley, Alderton, and elsewhere.

Provide competent and compassionate care to clients in their homes.

Support clients to maintain independence, safety, and wellbeing.

Assist with medication, personal care, companionship, and other appropriate tasks.

• Drive a car or motorcycle and have your own transport.
• Enhanced DBS and references upon offer.
• Good timekeeping.
• Computer proficiency.
• Home care experience: 1 year (required).
• Full UK driving licence (required).

45 hours per week on a two‑week fixed roster. Opportunity for overtime.
