We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead governance, compliance, and quality across regulated services. This is a strategic leadership role focused on CQC compliance, inspections, audits, and continuous improvement – not day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Hold CQC registration and lead inspections and audits.
- Oversee governance, risk, and quality assurance frameworks.
- Support operational teams to embed excellence and learning.
- Act as CQC contact and advise on service development.
- Registered Manager with Good/Outstanding CQC track record.
- Level 5 Leadership Diploma (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards, compliance, and audits.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic skills.
- Driving licence and ability to travel regionally.
