Experienced Personal Assistants Needed – £12.71/hr – WV6

We are looking for experienced Personal Assistants to support a young adult with physical disabilities in the WV6 area. The role involves providing practical support with daily routines, mobility, personal care, and promoting independence.

Requirements:

• Experience in care or support work.
• Ability to provide personal care, assist with transfers, help with meals, and carry out general day‑to‑day tasks.
• Driver with a full UK driving licence and own car; reliable travel and availability to attend on short notice.
• Comfortable working in a busy household, reliable, calm, and able to work as part of a small team of PAs covering various shifts.
• Positive attitude, respect for the individual's dignity and preferences.

Key responsibilities:

• Meal preparation
• Personal care and domestic care
• Safeguarding adults and children
• Moving & handling, food hygiene, first aid, hand hygiene
• Transportation and support for independence
• Social leisure activities

Hours are part‑time and shared across multiple PAs. Training will be minimal due to the existing family caring responsibilities.
