  In person at Eversleigh Care Centre, Wolverhampton

• Follow instructions as requested by Manager, Nurse in Charge, or Care Team Leader.
• Ensure premises are kept secure at all times.
• Ensure any information collected during duties is kept confidential.
• Keep all residents’ records secure so that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
• Ensure economical use of the Home’s resources and minimise any wastage.
• Maintain the safety of all residents, visitors, and staff at all times.
• Ensure that the good name of the Home is upheld at all times.
• Treat all residents and visitors to the Home with respect.
• Liaise with visitors and external agencies in a professional manner.
• Maintain high standards of accommodation so that the Home is presentable, tidy, and clean at all times.
• Ensure there are no Health & Safety hazards which might put residents or visitors at risk.
• Report as a matter of urgency any abuse or neglect of residents to the Sister-in Charge or the Manager.
