Progress Care Solutions is an established independent provider of a range of services for vulnerable children and young adults.
With high success rates and a proven track record in placement stability, increasing resilience and reducing dependency, we provide seamless transitions through residential, foster care, semi‑independent and independent living.
We are looking for a Team Leader for our new Residential Services homes, specialising in moderate to severe learning disabilities, autism, ADHD and the associated behavioural challenges, and mental health needs.
Responsibilities- Support the registered manager and ensure the home meets Regulatory Body standards.
- Provide high‑quality care and support to children and young people.
- Lead and supervise the team, working independently and initiating improvement actions.
- Manage budgets and business operations.
- Maintain competent IT skills and have access to personal transport.
- QCF Level 3 qualification required; willingness to progress to Leadership and Management and QCF Level 5 Care or equivalent (Social work or nursing acceptable).
- Experience as a qualified residential Team Leader or Deputy Manager.
- Strong supervisory, budgeting and business management skills.
- Creative leadership and competence in using IT.
