Community Case Management Services Ltd is seeking a Female Support Worker to assist a young adult with Cerebral Palsy and a Learning Disability in Shropshire. The role includes providing care at home, medication management, and facilitating social opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience with Makaton or PEG feeding. Full and part-time hours are available, with competitive pay rates ranging from £12.71 to £22.00 per hour depending on the shift.
Training and full support will be provided, with a requirement for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
