Senior Life Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Life Practitioner to support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs at the Apple Tree Bungalow in Swinderby, Lincoln.

Provide essential support and assistance with daily activities, equip residents for independent living, and accompany them on community trips and outings.

• Passion for care and a motivation to help are essential.
• Strong team player and able to seek support when needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Level 3 qualification in Children’s Residential Services or willingness to work towards it.
• Full UK driver’s licence with at least 2 years driving experience in the UK.

• Hourly rates:
  Level 1 £ 13.99, Level 2 £ 14.31, Level 3 £ 15.99.
