Abbeyfield Living Society is seeking a Care Team Leader (Senior Care Assistant) for Bradbury House, Gosforth, Seascale. The role is a fixed-term contract until April 2027, with 36 hours per week on a 8am–8pm rota and weekends on a four-week cycle.
You will monitor residents' health and care needs, manage care plans, administer medications, and coach junior team members to ensure compassionate, high-quality care. Eligibility to work in the UK and DBS checks apply.
