Engelberg Care Home is set in the tranquil surroundings of Ash Hill in Compton, offering a warm and familiar environment with 34 modern bedrooms. The home delivers exceptional standards of personalised care and ensures residents and their families feel supported and respected.

Engelberg is part of Ashberry Healthcare, a privately owned and operated group with eight homes across England and Wales. We prioritise the well‑being of residents and families, guided by our core values of loyalty, integrity and compassion.

We are looking for a kind and compassionate Care Assistant who will support residents with daily living activities, promoting independence, dignity and comfort. Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.

• Deliver personal care and support to residents in line with individual care plans.
• Assist with meals and fluids, ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Support residents with mobility and transfers as per their care plan.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date care records.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and engagement to promote wellbeing.
• Ensure residents’ privacy, dignity, and respect are upheld at all times.
