Pulse Healthcare is seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our Community Reablement Team in Dorset. The role focuses on supporting adults after hospital discharge to regain independence and stay at home.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, assess, plan and deliver person-centred interventions, and promote safe discharge pathways. A driving licence and HCPC registration are essential.
