Gloucestershire County Council is recruiting an EHCP Case Co-ordinator at Shire Hall to support children and young people with SEND through coordinating EHC Plans, reviews and cross-agency collaboration. The post requires the ability to visit schools and settings as needed and to work within a flexible, hybrid model.
You will collaborate with education providers, health and social care teams to ensure timely, meaningful annual reviews and better outcomes for young people with SEND.
