What You'll Be Doing

As an Adult Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping residents live comfortably, safely, and with dignity. Your responsibilities may include:

Providing person-centred care and support
Assisting with daily living activities
Promoting independence and wellbeing
Offering emotional support and companionship
Supporting residents with mobility and personal care needs
Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns
Working collaboratively with care teams to deliver high-quality care

What We're Looking For

Previous experience working within adult care settings
A caring, empathetic and patient nature
An in date moving and handling certificate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliability and flexibility to cover a variety of shifts
A commitment to delivering outstanding care and support
