Alexandras Community Care in Cornwall is hiring a Supported Living Support Worker to help individuals with learning disabilities live as independently as possible and have choice and control over their daily lives.
You will support with daily routines, community access, personal care, medications, meals and mobility, following individual support plans. Full training is provided; driving is required with pool cars available; shifts include evenings and weekends, with progression opportunities.
