Job Description & How to Apply Below
Secure Healthcare Solutions is one of the fastest-growing healthcare providers in the West Midlands, delivering high-quality care across Complex Care, Domiciliary Care, and Learning Disabilities.
We provide 24-hour community-based clinical support to adults and children with long-term health needs, including tracheostomy, ventilation, PEG, spinal injury, and acquired brain injury.
We are now recruiting for a Complex Care Coordinator to join our Wolverhampton head office — a hybrid position that combines office-based coordination with field supervision responsibilities.
About the Role
The Complex Care Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring our complex care packages run smoothly, are fully staffed, compliant, and consistently delivering high-quality person-centred care.
This is a dual role, combining mainly rota coordination with field-based supervision — ideal for someone who enjoys a varied, fast-paced environment and wants to build strong relationships with both clients and carers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain staff rotas to ensure every client package is fully covered.
* Communicate daily with clients, staff, and the internal operations team to ensure smooth delivery.
* Conduct supervisions, Appraisals and Team Meetings
* Support with on boarding new care staff, ensuring all documentation is up to date and compliant.
* Address and resolve last-minute shift changes and emergencies with a calm, solution-focused approach.
* Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and commissioners as required.
* Support in safeguarding, incident reporting, and service improvement processes.
* Attend MDT meetings and client reviews alongside the Complex Care Manager and Clinical Leads.
* Participate in the on-call rota (shared with the team) — 1 weekday evening and 1 weekend in 3/4.
Key
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in care coordination, field supervision, or team leading within a healthcare or domiciliary setting.
* Strong understanding of CQC compliance and person-centred care planning.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Able to work under pressure, prioritising workload effectively.
* Flexible and professional approach with a passion for high-quality care.
* Driving licence and own vehicle (essential) – field visits are a regular part of the role.
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary £30,000
* Free on-site parking.
* Supportive, close-knit operational and clinical team.
* Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
* Opportunity to progress into senior or management roles.
Work Location:
* Office-based in Wolverhampton with regular field visits across the West Midlands
