Female Homecare Assistants – UK Visa Sponsorship Available

Are you an experienced female care worker already living in the UK and looking for a homecare position with visa sponsorship? A family-run, award-winning homecare provider in Derbyshire is recruiting Female Homecare Assistants to join its growing care team.

The role is based across Ilkeston, Long Eaton and Ripley
, providing care and support to clients in their own homes.

The successful candidates will provide compassionate, person-centred care while helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting clients with washing, grooming and dressing
• Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities
• Preparing and serving meals at appropriate times
• Helping with household tasks such as laundry and food shopping
• Administering and managing medication as required
• Working alongside health and social care professionals
• Maintaining accurate and detailed visit records
• Providing respectful, empathetic and high-quality care in clients' homes

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of care experience
• A caring, positive and compassionate attitude
• Good communication and listening skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car/transport is essential
• Applicants with a driving licence and access to a bike or moped may also be considered
• Willingness to work across a range of care visits and schedules

The position offers:

• £13.40 per hour
• An additional £2.10 per visit
• Full-time hours with a minimum of 37.5 guaranteed hours per week
