Responsibilities include:

* Providing person-centred care, including personal care and daily support.

* Administering medication within your training, assessed competency and the service’s procedures.

* Completing medication records and care notes accurately.

* Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.

* Reporting changes or concerns to the person in charge.

You will need:

* Previous professional care experience.

* Current medication training, with certificates available.

* Good communication and record-keeping skills.

* A reliable, compassionate approach.

* The right to work in the UK.

* Willingness to complete our registration and compliance checks.
