You will be involved in:
* Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualised care plans.
* Leading and delivering ARC training, including crisis prevention, risk management and post-incident debriefing.

* Training and supporting carers and family members to manage complex care needs.
* Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
What We're Looking For:
We are inviting applications from RNLD / RMH who are passionate about providing high-quality care in community settings and are excited about working with individuals who have complex health needs.
Essential Criteria :
* Current NMC Registration as an RMN or RNLD.
* Experience in working with individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, or brain injuries.
* Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to develop and implement care plans.
* Compassionate, patient-centred approach to care.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary setting.
* Experience in delivering or supporting ARC (Assessment, Risk Management and Crisis Intervention), or willingness to undertake ARC training.
* A full, valid driver’s licence (due to the community-based nature of the role).
Desirable Criteria:
* Experience in managing challenging behaviours.
* ARC Trainer qualification or experience leading crisis intervention training.
* Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) or other behaviour management strategies.
* Previous experience in training or coaching carers and family members
