Wellbeing Coordinator Engelberg Care Home

We are seeking a warm, creative, and enthusiastic Wellbeing Coordinator to work alongside our Wellbeing Lead, providing a range of meaningful activities that enhance our residents' physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

• Plan and deliver engaging group and one-to-one activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities,working closely with the Wellbeing Lead.
• Arrange entertainment,events, and seasonal celebrations within the set budget.
• Organise in-house and community events such as Christmas fairs, summer parties, and themed days.
• Maintain appropriate records and documentation for all activities.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and the wider care team.
• Promote inclusion,wellbeing, and enjoyment for all residents.

This is a part-time position | 10 hours per week
