Job Type: Senior Care Assistant - Days
Hours:36per week
Salary: £12.80per hour
Location: Aldergrove Manor, WV4 4AD
About the roleThe role of a Senior Care Assistant is to provide high quality personal care, support our residents needs and provide person-centred care whilst also being confident in leading a team of care staff. You need to be kind, compassionate and want to make a difference to our residents lives. We pride ourselves on training, and you will receive training from your first day of work.
Theideal candidate
- Previous experience as a senior carer in a care or nursing home is essential
- Experience with adult complex care is preferred
- Medication trained
- NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards
- Free DBS check
- Continuous training and realistic development
- Free onsite car park
- Company pension scheme
All roles will be subject to a successful fully enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)
