Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum (plus bonus‑based incentive scheme)
Location: Wolverhampton
Contract: Permanent, Full‑Time

Key Responsibilities- Review a high volume of applications for Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, and Registered Nurses
- Screen multiple candidates daily through in‑depth conversations, ensuring skills and experience match our needs
- Make high‑volume outbound (warm) calls to new and previous applicants—no cold calling required
- Hit and surpass set targets around interview bookings and driving our care services’ growth
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining top productivity
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a recruitment or telesales environment occupies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑focused approach
- Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to manage a high‑volume workload and adapt to shifting priorities
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- You’re switched‑on, target‑driven, and passionate about people Always
- You thrive on building relationships and delivering excellent service
- You have confidence making structured, engaging calls and booking interviews
- You’re eager to learn and grow professionally within a supportive team environment
