Just Park is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who will own recruitment across the UK and US, partnering with stakeholders to make hiring scalable and repeatable. You will manage end-to-end hiring, from briefing and posting to interviewing, offers and onboarding, while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
You will collaborate with the wider People team and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, and contribute to employer branding and process
