Tarmac is seeking an HR Manager for the Aberthaw Cement Plant and Supply Chain South operations. The role partners with senior leaders to deliver a proactive, people-centred HR service and contribute to workforce planning, change programmes and engagement across a diverse workforce.
You will advise leadership on the full employee lifecycle, manage complex ER matters, and drive organisational change in a manufacturing environment while maintaining compliance and business focus.
