Travail Employment Group is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will build relationships with clients and candidates, sell opportunities, and manage the end-to-end hiring process.
No prior recruitment experience is required, with full training, mentoring, and real support provided. 35-hour week, Mon-Thu 8:30am-5pm and Fri 8:30am-1:30pm, plus a competitive base salary with uncapped commission and generous holiday entitlement.
