Dignity PLC is seeking a People Advisor (Employee Relations) based in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham. This full-time, fixed-term 18-month contract role will be the trusted voice behind people decisions, helping managers handle ER matters confidently, fairly and consistently to deliver an outstanding colleague experience.
You’ll manage ER casework end-to-end, coach managers on performance and probation, support people initiatives with data and reporting, and contribute to people management training
