Response Informatics is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Lead Consultant with strong Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) expertise to lead the functional implementation for a large-scale organisation in the UK.
You will drive solution design, client engagement, and implementation delivery, as well as mentor consultants throughout the project lifecycle, including leading workshops and designing scalable HR processes.
