The Talent World is recruiting for an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders, drive workforce planning and lead strategic change in a unionised environment. This 12-month FTC role is based in Wolverhampton, with 2-3 days onsite, offering exposure to NHS/HE/regulatory contexts and broad HR expertise.
You will manage complex employee relations matters, support consultations and provide expert guidance aligned with organisational objectives.
