Omega Resource Group is seeking an HR Transformation Lead on a contract basis in Hertfordshire with hybrid working. The role reports to the HR Leadership Team and focuses on delivering a major SAP-enabled Hire to Retire transformation.
You will map and redesign HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, analytics and time, align SAP/Success Factors capabilities with business priorities, manage external partners, and produce phased plans for delivery.
