The Role Business development — winning new clients

Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle

Building and growing your own desk Account management and client retention

Sourcing and placing candidates

Negotiating fees and closing deals

What We’re Looking For Proven experience in recruitment or a strong sales background

Track record of billing or business development

Confident in winning new business

Self-motivated and target-driven

Strong relationship-building skills
