Responsibilities:
As a Data Control Officer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of pupil data within the ONE system. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting teams in utilising data effectively for their operations
Managing the regular transfer of MIS data from schools to the ONE database
Providing assistance to schools with data exchange processes and validating amendments
Ensuring compliance in data management and identifying areas for improvement
Collaborating with stakeholders and providing operational support for data import/export processes

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Strong experience in data management and pupil data administration
Proficient in using Management Information Systems (MIS)
Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management
Strong analytical skills for quality assurance and reporting
Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Experience in training and development related to data systems
Familiarity with data quality reporting and troubleshooting
Understanding of the educational landscape and its data needs

Technologies:

Management Information Systems (MIS)
Data quality tools and reporting software
Familiarity with data protection legislation
