We are seeking a talented individual to join our Business Systems & Transformation team. In this role, you will support Actuations GBU by empowering the business to make informed, data‑driven decisions. Your mission is to bridge the gap between raw data and insight by providing the trusted foundation for all operational and self‑service needs. You will leverage diverse datasets to generate actionable insights through Tableau.

By engaging with stakeholders, you will provide strategic recommendations to drive operational excellence and streamline processes through automation.

• Data Architecture & Strategic Insight – Architect robust Tableau dashboards by mapping complex data structures to drive high‑value business insights.
• Digital Transformation – Deploy next‑generation data tools that align with the company's long‑term Digital Strategy.
• Infrastructure Optimization – Rationalize and simplify the existing data toolset across the Actuation division to improve system performance and user adoption.
• Automations & Systems Integration – Develop sophisticated process automations to eliminate manual bottlenecks and enhance transactional efficiency.
• Software Collaboration – Partner with the Senior Software Integration Engineer to support the end‑to‑end lifecycle of bespoke application development.
• System Integrity & Sustaining Engineering – Ensure high availability and performance of existing reporting suites by proactively monitoring data pipelines and visualization tools.
• Leadership & Methodology – Collaborate with Enterprise Data and Advanced Structures teams to standardize best practices and ensure data integrity.
• Stakeholder Management – Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal business units.

• Visualization – Deep expertise in Tableau for building interactive, high‑impact dashboards.
• Software development – .Net knowledge to support existing Web Applications.
• Database Management – SQL knowledge for complex data extraction and transformation.
• Automation – Proficiency in process automation and legacy system integration.
• Analysis – Strong background in data analytics.

• Communication – Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise narratives for stakeholders.
