IT Trainer – Legal Services

Key Responsibilities- Deliver IT Training strategy and materials across multiple formats
- Deliver onboarding & refresher training, create engaging learning materials
- Assess training effectiveness and gather feedback
- Support users post-implementation during system changes
- Administer and track training activities
- Prior IT Training experience (legal sector preferential)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
- Excellent understanding of IT systems, software, and tools used in law firms
- Knowledge of complex systems and multiple software apps Passion for L&D and strong technical communication skills
- Training certifications (desirable)
