Graduate Intern Digital Ambassadors x - FTC

Are you a graduate from the University of Wolverhampton looking to start your career in digital technology? You don’t need a tech degree - just an interest in digital tools, innovation and supporting others! This is a two-year, fixed-term, full-time graduate position.

As a Digital Ambassador graduate intern
, you’ll help staff and students adopt technology, champion digital fluency, and create engaging experiences for learning and collaboration.

• Promote digital engagement and best practices.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, digital clinics, and drop-ins.
• Create resources like guides, videos, and FAQs, for a range of channels.
• Gather feedback and share IT service updates.
