Ofcom is seeking a Tech Hub Support Analyst (TSA) to join our Local Tech Hub Support Team in London. You will be the face of Ofcom ICT, resolving incidents, handling service requests, and promoting an excellent colleague ICT experience across multiple offices.
You will work closely with Service Management and Programme Delivery to maintain service levels, support new ICT services, and contribute as a technical resource in projects. Regular travel to regional offices will be required.
