Stoneacre is seeking a motivated IT Service Desk Analyst to join the IT team in the UK. You will support and maintain IT systems, handle first-line requests, and prepare equipment for use across the group.
Reporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will log tickets, provide deskside, phone and remote assistance, and escalate complex issues while helping users with training and guidance on IT systems. A proactive team player is essential.
