SAP Trainer

Turn your training expertise into real business impact. As an SAP Trainer, you will create and deliver role‑based training that helps end users confidently use SAP manufacturing tools. The role supports a major Enterprise Asset Management program and drives digital adoption.

• Conduct a Training Needs Analysis (TNA), assessing process gaps and identifying key stakeholders.
• Design and develop role‑based SAP user training using SAP Enable Now and Articulate Rise.
• Create engaging learning content: classroom courses, online learning, assessments, videos, simulations, and quick‑reference guides.
• Support stakeholder training and engagement plans, communicate end‑user updates, and coordinate delivery across impacted sites.
• Deliver blended training packages and run drop‑in sessions, floor‑walking support, and on‑ and off‑site events during deployment.
• Collaborate with Business Process, Testing, Training, and Communications teams to ensure capability is delivered smoothly and adopted sustainably.

• Extensive experience creating and delivering training, ideally with 5+ years in an SAP Trainer role.
• Proven ability to build simulation‑based training and practical learning experiences.
• Strong experience developing and assessing user knowledge at the appropriate training levels.
• Confidence‑building training content for manufacturing‑focused audiences, including process‑based approaches.
• Desirable: familiarity with SAP Enable Now and Articulate Rise, and knowledge of SAP Manufacturing modules.

Location:

Wolverhampton. The position is based in the West Midlands and Liverpool, requiring on‑site presence five days per week during the deployment window.
