Opus Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Service Desk Team Lead to guide a 10-person second-line engineering team across Bristol and Glasgow. The role focuses on coaching, escalation management, and delivering Microsoft stack projects.
You'll plan Azure migrations, server upgrades, and related initiatives, working in a hybrid model with three days onsite at Bristol or Glasgow and support from a Microsoft Gold Partner MSP.
