Barclays is seeking an ITSM Platform Engineer within Barclaycard Payments in London. You will design, configure, and enhance the ITSM platform to support risk-based changes in a CI/CD-driven engineering environment.
This hands-on role covers building workflows, automating processes, integrating systems, and developing data models to ensure changes are secure, traceable, and efficient. A minimum of 3 years' experience, ITIL knowledge, and Service Now or similar tools are required.
