Senior Management Consultant
We are engaged with a global consultancy who are looking for a Senior Management Consultant to join their Pre & Post Deal Tech M&A practice. The organisation specialises in Tech Due Diligence and post-deal execution, delivering critical insights and strategic guidance to private equity firms and large corporate clients worldwide.
Base pay rangeThis range is provided by Sancus Day. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities- Lead and execute tech due diligence projects for both buy-side and sell-side transactions, assessing IT health, identifying risks, and delivering strategic recommendations.
- Assist clients in preparing for exits and ensuring seamless post-deal integration or separation, communicating effectively with private equity sponsors and corporate leadership.
- Manage project teams and mentor junior consultants.
- Proven consulting experience within a consultancy, especially in technology due diligence and post-deal advisory.
- Ideally expertise in product, cybersecurity, or data due diligence.
- Experience with IT health checks, red flag analysis, and deal readiness assessments.
- Ability to engage confidently with private equity and large corporate institutions.
